The Extreme Buttplug Large features a smooth tapered cone shape with 3.9 inches insertable length & 2.2 inches maximum diameter. This sits in the large size range.
Tapered design allows gradual width increase from narrow tip to maximum girth. Wide base sits externally to prevent over-insertion. Suction cup base sticks to flat surfaces, allowing hands-free positioning for riding movement—this enables you to control depth & speed without hand support.
Made from smooth PVC. The material is firm—holds its cone shape under pressure.
PVC material feels different to silicone—firmer construction with slight tackiness to the surface.

- Change-of-mind returns: Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products unless faulty.
