Shipping policy

1. General information
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 14:30 (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather, or seasonal demand. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.99
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
• Insured and trackable (signature required)

Parcels exceeding 2 kg are automatically upgraded to DPD Express at no extra cost.
DPD Express Next Day – £7.95
• Delivery within 1 working day
• Up to 30 kg
• Full tracking + 1-hour delivery window
DPD Weekend Delivery – £11.99
• Friday orders placed before 14:30 only
• Saturday delivery (UK mainland)
• Up to 30 kg
• Tracking + 1-hour window
DPD will notify you by SMS/email with delivery options or local collection points. Three delivery attempts are made before an item is returned to us.
3. International delivery
We currently ship to: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
4. Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We provide accurate customs documentation but cannot predict or control additional fees.
5. Delays and service limits
Delivery to remote postcodes (e.g. BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2-3) may take longer. Please allow extra time during peak periods.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, redelivery costs will be charged.
6. Lost or delayed parcels
All shipments are insured. If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will raise a claim with the courier. Replacement or refund will only be issued once the claim is resolved (approx. 4 weeks). If you need the item sooner, a new order must be placed.
7. Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand names or product details visible. Smaller items are packed in plain padded envelopes; larger items in plain brown boxes.
