Description
Doxy's Original wand vibrator is a mains-powered wand vibrator delivering deep rumbling vibration through a cast aluminium head. Designed & manufactured in the UK, this represents Doxy's entry-level model offering 30% more power than the Hitachi Magic Wand whilst maintaining the signature cast metal head mechanism found across Doxy's entire range.
The motor system operates from 3,000 RPM at the lowest setting through to 9,000 RPM at maximum intensity. Variable speed control uses a dial interface that lets you adjust intensity incrementally rather than cycling through pre-set modes. Press & hold the power button for three seconds to activate escalating pulse mode, which automatically increases intensity. The cast aluminium head weighs significantly more than hollow plastic alternatives — this weight creates deep rumbling vibration that penetrates tissue rather than surface buzzing.
Construction uses ABS plastic for the body with medical-grade body-safe silicone covering the cast metal head. The 3-metre (10ft) mains cable connects to a plug-top power supply delivering low voltage direct current — includes UK, EU, US & AU/NZ adapters. At 14.6 inches body length with 2.4-inch head diameter & 500g weight, this sits in full-sized wand territory. The neck flexes to approximately 90 degrees — avoid bending beyond this angle as it may cause damage not covered under warranty. This is NOT waterproof — do not use near water or liquid as motor damage will occur.
