Pipedream Anal Fantasy Collection® - Double Trouble uses 2 TPR rings to secure a firm dildo alongside the penis for simultaneous double penetration. The upper ring fits around the shaft, with the larger lower ring looping around the testicles to anchor the piece firmly at the base.
