At RaptureWorks, we work closely with our UK suppliers to get every order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible — even during the busy Christmas period. Below you’ll find our official holiday operating schedule, including dispatch days, closure dates, and courier last-posting guidance to help you choose the best delivery option.

- Last full dispatch day before Christmas: Tue 23rd Dec - this does NOT guarantee delivery before Christmas.
- No dispatch: 24th-26th Dec, 31st Dec & 1st Jan
- Normal dispatch resumes: Fri 2nd Jan
- Orders placed on non-dispatch days will be sent on next available working day.

Christmas & New Year Dispatch Dates 2025/26
Here’s how we’ll be dispatching orders over Christmas and New Year. Orders placed on open dispatch days leave as normal. Orders placed on closed days will leave on the next open day.

| Mon 29 Dec | Open | Orders dispatched as normal. |
| Tue 30 Dec | Open | Orders dispatched as normal. |
| Wed 31 Dec | Closed | New Year’s Eve – no dispatch. |
| Thu 1 Jan | Closed | New Year’s Day – no dispatch. |
| Fri 2 Jan | Open | Normal dispatch resumes. |
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 14:30 Mon–Fri on open days are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders and orders on closed days will leave on the next open working day.
Posting dates: For the latest courier guidance, check the Royal Mail last posting dates and DPD delivery schedule.
Festive periods can be busy, so if you’re shopping last-minute we recommend choosing a tracked or next-day option at checkout.
What this means for you

- There is a chance delivery times aren't 100% accurate due to traffic & adverse weather conditions
- Order early to avoid disapointment
