For external use, rest the ribbed head against the clitoris or glide it across the vulva. Keeping it still puts the rumble into 1 broader area; moving the ribs & grooves across the skin adds texture and shifts where the strongest vibration lands. Internally, use water-based lubricant and bring the enlarged tip against the G-spot area. The supple shaft can change angle under hand pressure, helping you adjust where the head sits as you move.
