The 2 piece thumping kegel ball set is a progressive kegel training system with a single ball & double ball exerciser made from ABS & silicone, designed to train & improve pelvic floor muscles. The set provides 2 resistance options — start with the single ball (2.1 inches insertable) & progress to the double ball (3.1 inches insertable) as muscle strength builds.
Both exercisers feature the same 1.3-inch diameter balls with long thin stems & teardrop-shaped retrieval handles. Waterproof allows bath use & easy cleaning.
The single ball provides lighter resistance with 1 weighted ball. The double ball increases resistance with 2 stacked weighted balls, creating more challenge for developing pelvic floor muscles. Both measure 6.6 inches total length.
