The Nova Kegel Training Set is a 3-piece kegel exerciser system with progressively weighted silicone balls ranging from 49g to 95g, designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles for improved vaginal health & postpartum recovery. The set includes a single ball (49g) & 2 double balls (75g & 95g) with tapered tips for comfortable insertion & retrieval cords with finger loops for easy removal.
