The Breathable Ball Gag is a silicone ball gag from Sportsheets' Saffron line. The silicone ball has 3 holes through it, allowing airflow when worn. The faux leather (PU) strap runs through black nickel-free metal D-rings and adjusts to fit a wide range of sizes, fastening with a locking buckle that secures the strap in place once fitted.
