Description
Skins Care® Weighted Kegel Set gives you 6 progressively weighted silicone trainers for building pelvic-floor strength & control in clear stages. Begin with the lightest trainer, then move up only once you can hold the current weight confidently.
Each piece has a tapered insertable profile with a long retrieval stem that remains outside the body for removal. The soft silicone surface keeps the finish smooth against the vaginal walls, and the increasing resistance means the same set can continue to challenge the pelvic-floor muscles as your control develops.
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant before insertion. Skins recommends starting with the lightest weight, carrying on with normal daily activity for around 15 minutes, then removing & cleaning it. Once a weight feels manageable, move to the next stage. After reaching a suitable resistance, Skins recommends using that weight around 2 times per week for maintenance.
The complete set is waterproof & requires no batteries or charging.
