Choosing the right fit: Measure your fully flaccid penis and the circumference around its base and behind the testicles before fitting. Select a ring that stays securely positioned behind the testicles. The shaft should sit inside the cage with no constant pressure at rest. Adjust the supplied spacers as needed, checking for pinching around the ring and locking assembly.
Silicone is more forgiving than steel or acrylic, but an incorrectly fitted cage can still cause injury. Start with brief periods, check your skin regularly and remove immediately if you experience pain, swelling, numbness or changes in skin colour.
