Description
California Exotics She-ology® 5-Piece Wearable Vaginal Dilator Set contains 5 graduated silicone dilators that increase gradually in width. Each piece has a curved base that rests close to the body after insertion. The base also accepts a mini bullet vibrator for added vibration; the bullet is required separately.
Start with the smallest size that feels snug but not painful. Apply water-based lubricant to the dilator and around the vaginal opening. Lie on your back with knees bent and legs slightly apart, relax the pelvic floor, and guide the rounded tip slowly towards the spine or slightly downward, like a tampon. Insert only as far as feels manageable and never force it.
Move to the next size when the current dilator can be inserted with little resistance and no pain. If dilation is part of recovery after surgery, radiotherapy or treatment for a pelvic-floor condition, follow the timing and progression plan set by your clinician.
The silicone is hypoallergenic, unscented, body-safe & phthalate-free. The set is waterproof, and the wearable form is covered by US design patent D943,740.
