Description
Satisfyer Power Balls are a 3-piece weighted Kegel set with an oscillating metal core inside each trainer. As you walk or change position, the core moves inside the silicone balls & creates passive vibration alongside the resistance from the trainer itself.
The set provides 3 increasing weights, so you can move to a heavier trainer as your pelvic-floor control improves. Each uses an hourglass-shaped double-ball profile with a retrieval loop that remains outside the body for removal.
For targeted Kegel exercises, insert 1 trainer vaginally with a small amount of water-based lubricant, then contract & release the pelvic-floor muscles around it. Satisfyer recommends starting with short periods lying down before gradually introducing walking or other everyday movement.
The silicone trainers are IPX7 waterproof & require no batteries or charging; the internal movement is created mechanically by the oscillating metal cores.
