Description
Satisfyer Love Birds 1 Connect App is a 78 g vibrating Kegel trainer that pairs weighted pelvic-floor resistance with internal vibration. The slightly flattened sides sit against the vaginal walls, and the motor sends vibration through the inserted body for G-spot-focused vibration as you contract & release the pelvic-floor muscles.
Use the button on the retrieval strap to choose from 12 preset vibration programmes, or connect to the free Satisfyer Connect app on iOS or Android. The app opens an extensive choice of programmes, lets you edit presets, create your own vibration rhythms & sync vibration to Spotify music. The trainer also works without the app, so phone control is optional.
For Kegel exercises, start lying down for around 5–10 minutes. As your control improves, Satisfyer suggests gradually building towards 15–20 minutes before introducing more everyday movement. The retrieval loop remains outside the body for removal.
Love Birds 1 is rechargeable, IPX7 waterproof & made from silicone with ABS sections. It can be used in the shower or bath & recharges through the magnetic USB connection.
