Satisfyer Haute Couture is a black & gold luxury air-pulse clitoral vibrator made from medical-grade liquid silicone, genuine leather, metal & ABS plastic. Satisfyer's patented Air Pulse Technology underpins the German brand's global reputation for touch-free clitoral stimulation. Its soft round head uses Satisfyer Air Pulse Technology to repeatedly build & release pressure inside the chamber, creating rhythmic pulsing suction around the clitoris. The silicone rim rests against the body, but moving air inside the opening creates the main effect instead of a vibrating head rubbing directly across the clitoris. Satisfyer compares the feeling with oral sex.

A separate motor carries vibration through the extra-soft liquid-silicone ring around the opening, adding a more direct rhythm across the vulva. There are 11 pressure-wave levels & 10 vibration programmes, controlled independently. Use either motor alone or combine them, keeping the pulsing suction at 1 strength as the surrounding vibration changes.

Place the opening directly over the clitoris, begin on a lower pressure-wave level & hold the head still. The chamber needs a snug seal because trapped air forms each pulse; gaps let the pressure escape and weaken the effect. Pressing down too firmly can compress the opening & restrict airflow. A small drop of water-based lubricant around the rim can help it seal more closely.

The clitoral head stays soft silicone, with black leather & gold-coloured metal detailing around the handle. Its IPX7 waterproof finish allows use in the shower or bath, although Satisfyer advises against leaving the premium materials under water for longer than needed. The rechargeable battery provides approximately 60 minutes of use and takes around 3 hours to charge. A magnetic USB charging cable is included.

Please note: Satisfyer states that the Air Pulse Chamber may not suit clitorises enlarged by hormonal treatment. A finger vibrator or broader multitoy may fit more easily in that case.
