Satisfyer Cutie Heart is a light-red external clitoral vibrator made from medical-grade silicone & ABS plastic. Satisfyer's patented Air Pulse Technology underpins the German brand's global reputation for touch-free clitoral stimulation. Satisfyer Air Pulse Technology repeatedly builds & releases pressure inside the central chamber, creating rhythmic pulsing suction around the clitoris. The silicone rim rests against the body, but the moving air inside the opening creates the main effect instead of a vibrating head rubbing back & forth over the clitoris. Satisfyer compares this changing pressure with oral sex.

A separate motor sends vibration through the heart-shaped silicone body, spreading a broader rhythm across the vulva & labia around the focused pulse at the centre. There are 11 air-pulse levels & 12 vibration programmes, controlled independently. Use either function alone or combine both, keeping the pulsing suction steady as the vibration pattern changes. The vibrating surface can also be moved across the vulva or nipples when wider coverage is wanted.

For the strongest Air Pulse effect, centre the opening directly over the clitoris, begin on a low level & hold the toy still. The chamber needs a snug seal because trapped air forms each pressure wave; gaps let that pressure escape and weaken the pulse. Pressing down too hard can compress the opening & reduce airflow. A small drop of water-based lubricant around the rim can help it seal more closely.

Whisper Mode reduces motor noise, and the IPX7 waterproof finish allows use in the shower or bath. The rechargeable battery provides approximately 60 minutes of use and takes around 3 hours to charge. A magnetic USB charging cable is included.
