The twisted spiral can be rotated gently as it enters, creating a continuous change in pressure along its helical shape. The 2-ball & 3-ball pieces create clearer steps as each rounded section passes the sphincter, with the 3-ball profile reaching the fullest maximum diameter in the set.
Each piece has a smooth, supple surface & a retrieval ring that also acts as a broad base to prevent complete insertion.
