The Wrist to Thigh Leather Cuff is a single genuine saddle leather restraint that connects the wrist to the upper thigh — sold as 1 piece only, so pairs need 2 units. Metal buckle adjustment on both the wrist & thigh sections gives a secure fit across different body sizes.
The thigh cuff adjusts between 5.5 & 7.1 inches diameter, the wrist cuff between 2.2 & 3.1 inches — both sections fastening independently via metal buckles. Genuine saddle leather gives these a more substantial feel than bonded or faux leather alternatives.
The wrist-to-thigh configuration holds the leg in a fixed position during restraint, limiting movement in a way that standard wrist-only or ankle-only cuffs don't.
This suits couples wanting positional restraint that fixes wrist & thigh together — note that 2 units are required for a full bilateral setup.
