The Mouth Clamp with Neck Strap is a Jennings-style ratchet mouth spreader handmade in Rimba's atelier in Breda. The stainless steel spreader arms sit behind the teeth and hold the mouth open — the ratchet mechanism allows progressive widening, locking at each position until manually released. A black coated frame sits across the lips. Maximum spread width is 15cm. The saddle leather neck strap holds the clamp in position, adjustable via a buckle.
