The Geneva Kegel Balls Training Set is a 3-piece progressive kegel system with gradually increased weights designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Each ball features teardrop shape with silicone retrieval string for easy removal.
Start with the lightest ball, learning to squeeze & hold inside for 2 seconds in sessions of 10 or 20 repetitions. Exercise frequently, slowly increasing duration to 5 seconds, then 10 seconds. Once comfortable, progress to the next ball, then work up to the heaviest ball as pelvic floor strength builds.
