The Leather Gag with Smile Hooks is a mouth spreader handmade in Rimba's atelier in Breda. A saddle leather strap wraps around the head with 2 metal hooks at the front — each hook sits at a corner of the mouth and pulls outward, holding the mouth open in a forced smile position. The strap adjusts over 6 positions via a metal buckle at the back.

This is an advanced gag. Always establish a safeword or non-verbal signal before use — the hooks restrict the ability to speak clearly. Do not pull the strap tighter than necessary and never leave unattended while worn.
