The 7 Wheels of Pain is a Wartenberg-style pinwheel in chromed stainless steel with 7 spinning wheels of sharp pins across a 1.2-inch head. Multiple wheels spread pin contact across a wider surface area — the more wheels, the more distributed the pressure, which makes the rolling sensation less sharp than a single-wheel design.
