The PDX Extreme Mega Grip is a battery-powered vibrating male masturbator with 10 vibration patterns and a squeezable TPU midsection for manual pressure control. This is a handheld vibrating sleeve with adjustable grip — insert into the Fanta Flesh sleeve, squeeze the soft middle section to increase pressure, and let the vibration motor run while you control tightness manually. The design focuses on combining vibration with manual grip pressure using a soft, squeezable body. The sleeve removes completely and works as a non-vibrating handheld stroker on its own.
Inside the sleeve, the Fanta Flesh material lines the canal with ribs, canals, and textured nodules. The material warms to body temperature and wraps around the shaft during use. Ten vibration patterns run through the motor — press the button to cycle through vibration modes while you stroke or hold still. The soft TPU midsection flexes when you squeeze it, letting you increase or decrease pressure on the internal sleeve during vibration.
