The Breathable Ball Gag with Velcro Strap is a ball gag with 2 features that set it apart from standard leather strap designs. The plastic ball has multiple holes drilled through it, allowing airflow through the ball rather than blocking the mouth completely. The strap is a wide, thickly padded polyester band — considerably softer and wider than a standard leather strap — fastening at the back with velcro for quick adjustment and removal.
