Description
The Ouch!® Adjustable Dance Pole is a floor-to-ceiling dance pole for home use, adjustable in height between 215cm and 297cm to suit most standard room heights. The 5.1cm diameter sits in the standard range for pole dancing, giving enough grip for spins, climbs, and body weight moves.
Installation is straightforward — the ceiling plate screws into a ceiling joist for a secure, fixed mount, and the pole sections connect via a twist-lock sleeve mechanism. Height adjustment is handled by twisting the upper section and pulling to the required length before locking off. The pole holds up to 100kg.
The gloss black finish runs across all sections and hardware. The multi-section design breaks down for removal or relocation if needed.
Worth noting: this pole requires ceiling joist access for the mounting plate — it is not a pressure-fit design and cannot be installed without screwing into the ceiling. Check your ceiling structure before purchasing.
