The Kegel Coach is an interactive kegel trainer with app connectivity & pressure-sensing technology designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles for improved bladder control & sexual sensitivity. The device connects to the Magic Kegel app via Bluetooth, providing real-time voice coaching, custom training programs & progress tracking. High-sensitivity patented sensors detect subtle pelvic floor movements & give instant feedback during exercises. This replaces traditional kegel balls with digital precision & guided training.
The app guides you through 10-15 minute workouts with voice cues telling you when to contract & relax. The pressure sensor measures your muscle strength & tracks improvement over time. Training programs range from beginner to advanced, with adjustable intensity levels. The app includes warm-up & recovery exercises, achievement tracking & menstrual cycle integration.
Recommended use is 1-3 sessions daily, each lasting 5-15 minutes. The device trains you to perform kegels correctly — a common issue with traditional balls where users aren't sure if they're contracting the right muscles.
Body-safe silicone & ABS plastic construction with soft-touch finish. IPX6 waterproof rating protects during cleaning — rinse under running water but don't submerge in bath. Magnetic USB charging provides up to 2 hours runtime. Weighs 41g & measures 86 x 34 x 34mm.
