Rotate the outer ring on the case to tighten or loosen the sleeve around your shaft during use. Dual-entry design offers two hole sizes — 0.9 inches at one end, 1.25 inches at the other — letting you choose entry tightness. Textured nubs line the internal tunnel. Removable end caps allow cum-thru tip use.
Inside the sleeve, textured nubs create contact throughout the 4.25-inch tunnel. Turn the adjustment ring clockwise to tighten, anticlockwise to loosen. The sleeve compresses or expands as you adjust, changing pressure in real-time. Choose your entry side based on the hole size you want — tighter 0.9-inch opening or wider 1.25-inch opening.
