The Ami 3 Step Kegel Training Set is a progressive kegel exerciser with 3 weighted silicone balls designed to strengthen the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle for deeper orgasms & improved pelvic floor health. The set includes 3 progressively weighted balls (47g, 78g & 106g) that build PC muscle strength at your own pace. Each ball contains small internal weights that rumble during movement, creating subtle stimulation during pelvic floor exercises. This is the world's first progressive kegel system.
The PC muscle stretches from pubic bone to coccyx, supporting pelvic organs. Stronger PC muscle improves orgasm intensity, urinary control & bladder function during menopause.
