Description
California Exotics Inspire® Silicone Dilator Kit™ contains 5 graduated silicone dilators for step-by-step vaginal dilation. The curved shapes increase gradually across the set, and each dilator has a finger loop for steadier control of angle and pressure. The loop can also be used with a massager, sold separately, when added vibration is wanted.
Start with the smallest size. Apply water-based lubricant to the dilator and around the vaginal entrance. Lie on your back with your knees bent and legs slightly apart, or use another relaxed position. Breathe steadily, let the pelvic floor relax and angle the dilator gently towards the lower back. Insert slowly until you feel mild pressure. Do not force it.
Hold the dilator in place for 1–2 minutes at first, then gently rotate it or move it from side to side. Build towards around 5 minutes if this matches your dilation plan. Move up only when the current size can be inserted and moved with little resistance and no pain. If pain, heavy bleeding or persistent soreness develops, stop and seek clinical advice. For dilation after surgery, radiotherapy or another medical treatment, follow the schedule set by your clinician.
The dilators are waterproof and made from soft, phthalate-free silicone.
