ID Jelly® is a water-based lubricant from ID Lube built on the same base formula as ID Glide®, which holds FDA 510K medical device clearance — an approval issued by the US Food & Drug Administration for medical device safety. The consistency has been altered to produce a significantly thicker texture. Where ID Glide® is designed for general use, Jelly is specifically for users who need a lubricant that stays where it's applied rather than running or thinning out.
The thick, cushiony texture adheres to surfaces readily, making it particularly well suited to anal use — it provides the staying power of a silicone anal lubricant without requiring a silicone formula. It works equally well for vaginal sex and toy use. Being water-based, it reactivates with a drop of water or saliva rather than needing a full reapplication.
