The glycerine is British Pharmacopoeia (BP) grade and the propylene glycol is United States Pharmacopeia (USP) grade — both indicating a higher standard of raw material purity than most standard lubricants use.

Returns & Exchanges
- Change-of-mind returns: Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products unless faulty.
