GoodHead™ Deep Throat Spray is a throat desensitising spray from Doc Johnson, developed specifically to reduce the gag reflex during oral sex. It's not a lubricant — it's a topical spray that numbs the throat enough to make deep throat oral sex more comfortable and manageable.
The active ingredient is Benzocaine — a topical anaesthetic widely used in medical and dental products.
