The metal strip reinforcement gives the handle extra sturdiness & weight, making this more rigid in hand than standard leather whips of the same size.
3 split leather tails from a reinforced handle with a hanging eyelet at the base. Fewer tails concentrate impact more precisely than wider-spread flogger designs.
