Description
Fifty Shades of Grey Tighten and Tense Silicone Jiggle Balls are a 70 g linked Kegel trainer with 2 small balls encased in silicone. Each ball contains a free-roaming internal weight. As you walk or change position, the weights roll & bounce inside the outer balls, creating a shifting internal jiggle that encourages the pelvic-floor muscles to respond to movement.
The 70 g total weight creates a lighter fixed resistance than heavier metal Kegel balls. Once inserted, contract & release the pelvic-floor muscles around the trainer. The linked shape keeps both balls together, and a 3.5" retrieval cord remains outside the body for removal.
Use plenty of water-based lubricant before insertion. The silicone trainer is waterproof, latex-free & phthalate-free. It belongs to the Fifty Shades of Grey Weekend Collection approved by E L James.
