Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Kegel Toner Balls use a linked pair of smooth silicone & ABS balls with free-roaming weights inside. The complete trainer weighs 78 g. Once inserted, pelvic-floor contractions work to hold the balls in position, and the internal weights shift as your body moves, creating a gentle jiggle through the pair.
The rounded profile keeps insertion straightforward, and the retrieval loop provides a clear grip for removal. This is a fixed-resistance trainer, making it suited to customers who want 1 consistent weight for regular Kegel exercises. A graduated set may suit you better if you want several resistance levels to work through over time.
The trainer is fully waterproof & can be used with water-based lubricant for easier insertion. Its black silicone body is finished with silver ABS balls.
