Pipedream Fantasy X-Tensions® Magic Pleasure Sleeve is a stretchy TPR penis sleeve covered with hundreds of tiny ticklers. Worn over the shaft, the soft outer texture adds extra thickness & raised detail for penetration.
The sleeve can be trimmed to suit the length of the shaft. Reversing it puts the ticklers on the inside, allowing the same sleeve to be used as a textured stroker.
