Description
The ElectraStim Flick Duo™ EM80-E is a dual-channel e-stim power box — 2 fully independent output channels in the same compact unit as the single-channel Flick. The Flick Duo is the world's first rechargeable e-stim stimulator with 2 independent channels. Each channel has its own dedicated intensity control, so 2 electrodes or electrode pairs can run at completely different settings simultaneously.
E-stim works by sending low-voltage electrical pulses through a lead wire to whichever electrode is connected. The electrode delivers those pulses to the body, stimulating nerve endings in the area it's placed. The Duo™ controls how strong those pulses are, what pattern they follow, and — uniquely — can do that for 2 separate electrodes at the same time.
The dual-channel output handles up to 4 uni-polar, 2 bi-polar, or 1 quadri-polar accessory. 25 intensity levels per channel and 12 pre-programmed patterns give a wide range of combinations. The central LED display syncs to your selected pattern; each channel has its own dedicated LED display for independent intensity reading.
The motion modes are more involved than the single-channel Flick. There are 3 Flick functions and 3 Tilt functions, each corresponding to a different channel configuration — controlling 1 channel, the other, or both. Hold the mode button for 3 seconds to activate, then press to cycle through functions.
Firmware is user-updatable via ElectraStim's free desktop software over USB-C. A full charge takes around 3 hours and delivers approximately 3 hours of runtime at moderate power.
This suits users wanting simultaneous independent stimulation across 2 zones, or couples using separate electrodes at the same time.
