Description
Dr. Laura Berman® Dilators™ use a vibrating base plus 3 locking sleeves to create 4 graduated vaginal dilator sizes. Start with the base dilator and add the larger sleeves as your body becomes ready for more width. Multi-speed vibration runs through the fitted size, adding an adjustable vibrating effect alongside gradual dilation.
For gradual dilation, apply water-based lubricant to the dilator and vaginal entrance. Lie back with your knees bent and apart, or use another relaxed position that keeps the pelvic floor loose. Guide the dilator slowly towards the lower back using gentle pressure. Stop if you feel pain. Move up a size only when the current size can be inserted slowly with little resistance. If you are using vaginal dilators after surgery, radiotherapy or for a diagnosed pelvic-floor condition, follow the schedule given by your clinician.
The soft universal TPR sleeve stretches over the dilators and adds a textured surface. It can be fitted across the graduated sizes when you want the softer outer layer and added texture.
Size guide:
Size 1 — base dilator: 3.5" long; 0.75" diameter.
Size 2: 4.5" long; 1" diameter.
Size 3: 5.5" long; 1.25" diameter.
Size 4: 6.5" long; 1.5" diameter.
In the box: 1 vibrating base dilator, 3 graduated locking sleeves & 1 soft textured universal sleeve. Requires 2 AA batteries; batteries are not included.
