Description
Skins Care® Curved Dilator Kit uses soft medical-grade silicone, tapered tips and a gentle curve for gradual vaginal dilation. Finger loops at the base improve grip and handling. The S-M set covers the 3 smaller dilators, M-L covers the 3 larger dilators, and S-L includes all 5 sizes.
Start with the smallest size that enters with only mild pressure. Apply plenty of water-based lubricant to the dilator and vaginal entrance. Lying back with knees bent and apart can make access easier. Place the tapered tip at the entrance and guide it in slowly with the finger loop. There is no need to insert the full length; stop at the depth that feels manageable. Pain means stop.
Once positioned, let the dilator rest for around 5–10 minutes. Gentle pelvic-floor squeezes around it can be added after the muscles relax. Move to the next size only when the current one can be inserted with little resistance and no pain. A regular routine can start at around 5 minutes and build towards 10 minutes once or twice a day. If a clinician has given you a dilation schedule, follow that plan.
The medical-grade silicone is body-safe, non-porous & waterproof. Warming a dilator in your hands before insertion can make the first touch less cool.
