Description
Key by JOPEN® Stella is a silicone Kegel trainer with 2 interchangeable weighted balls, letting you change the resistance inside the same single-ball format. Insert 1 ball at a time, then use pelvic-floor contractions to keep the exerciser in place. The 30 g ball creates the lighter load; swapping to the 40 g ball makes the muscles work against more weight.
This 2-stage setup suits customers who want a straightforward route into weighted Kegel training. Both weights belong to the same Stella system, so you can move up once the lighter ball becomes easier to control. The silicone surface is waterproof & can be used with water-based lubricant for insertion.
Size guide: The 30 g ball is the lighter resistance level for the first stage of the set.
The 40 g ball is the heavier resistance level for a more demanding Kegel exercise.
