Description
The CalExotics Inspire® Weighted Silicone Kegel Training Kit™ uses 3 silicone exercisers that change in both size & weight for progressive pelvic-floor training. Start with the largest, lightest exerciser at 45 g, move to the 60 g trainer as your control improves, then progress to the smallest, heaviest 80 g exerciser for greater resistance.
Each contoured trainer places a weighted section inside the vagina, where pelvic-floor contractions work to hold it in position. Increasing the weight makes those contractions work harder, creating a clear 3-stage progression instead of relying on 1 fixed resistance. Each piece also has a long retrieval cord for straightforward removal.
The silicone surface can be used with water-based lubricant for easier insertion. All 3 exercisers are waterproof, so they can be washed thoroughly after training.
Size guide: The Large exerciser weighs 45 g, measures around 7" overall with 3.5" insertable length & is approximately 1.3" wide.
The Medium exerciser weighs 60 g, measures around 6.7" overall with 3.1" insertable length & is approximately 1" wide.
The Small exerciser weighs 80 g, measures around 5.7" overall with 2" insertable length & is approximately 1.1" wide.
