The Ultimate Douche™ is a reusable anal douche with a transparent PE plastic bottle & 2 interchangeable nozzles. The transparent body lets you monitor fluid level without guessing — useful for controlling how much you're working with.
The 2 nozzles cover different needs: a slim 3.25-inch tip for straightforward cleansing & a wider 3.5-inch standard nozzle for a more thorough flush. Both disassemble quickly for cleaning before & after use.

We offer international delivery through DPD Classic International and Royal Mail Tracked Airmail. Courier options and costs vary by location and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
- Change-of-mind returns: Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products unless faulty.
