Description
The Inspire® Weighted Kegel Training Kit is a 3-piece kegel exerciser set with progressively weighted silicone balls designed to strengthen & revitalise pelvic floor muscles. The set includes 3 teardrop-shaped balls with long stems & ball-shaped retrieval handles. The progressive system uses reverse sizing — larger diameter with lighter weight for beginners, smaller diameter with heavier weight for advanced training.
Start with the Large ball (45g, widest diameter). The larger surface area makes it easier for developing muscles to grip & the lighter weight is easier to hold in place. Progress to Medium (60g, mid-size diameter) as strength builds. Advance to Small (80g, narrowest diameter) for the most challenging training — smaller diameter requires stronger, more precise muscle control to grip & the heavier weight creates maximum resistance.
Body-safe silicone construction with firm texture provides resistance training. Fully waterproof design allows bath use & easy cleaning. The teardrop shape with long stem positions the weight internally for effective muscle engagement.
As pelvic floor strength improves, you progress from Large (easiest) to Small (most challenging). Stronger pelvic floor muscles improve orgasm intensity & bladder control.
