The Bfit Basic Kegel Balls is an interchangeable kegel training system with 2 weighted silicone balls & 2 harnesses designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles for increased arousal. Each ball weighs 24g with freeform internal weights that shift as you move. The system includes a single harness & double harness, letting you train with 1 ball (24g) or 2 balls (48g) depending on your strength level.
The interchangeable design means you start with 1 ball on the single harness, then progress to 2 balls on the double harness as pelvic floor strength builds. Internal freeform weights respond to body movement, passively training muscles throughout the day.
