Sei Mio Booty Booster raises the hips, lower back or torso into a firmer angle, helping open up deeper penetration and positions that can become tiring to hold with ordinary pillows. The padded wedge supports body weight beneath the pelvis or chest, keeping the chosen angle steadier for missionary, rear-entry, pegging or oral sex.
Built-in D-rings turn the wedge into a restraint base when compatible cuffs are added. Place it beneath a face-down partner with the hips raised, then secure wrist or ankle cuffs to the attachment points for a more exposed position. Cuffs are sold separately, so the wedge can also be used purely for body positioning.
