Play Wiv Me Bigger or Smaller Willy Card Game puts a cheeky adult twist on a simple higher-or-lower guessing game. The dealer reveals a card to the person on their right, who must decide if the willy on the next card will be bigger or smaller.
Guess correctly and the turn moves on. Get it wrong and the group can use a drinking penalty, with the number of seconds linked to how far the guess missed.
The rules can also be switched up with truth-or-dare challenges, shots or optional clothing removal, letting the group choose how naughty the game becomes.
