The Screaming O 4B Deep Rumbling OWow® is a reusable vibrating cock ring made from stretchy SEBS. A low-pitched 4B bullet sits above the ring, with extended ticklers projecting forwards to carry vibration beyond the motor housing. It is available in Blueberry, Grape, Kiwi or Strawberry.
